Does “free” mean there can never be rent?
No. Self-build setup is free, and zero qualifying visitors means $0 rent. If traffic grows, base rent can scale with visitors up to an agreed maximum cap. Pricing increases require 30 days' notice, and applicable taxes and fees may apply.
